Artie played professional football
from 1950-1962. He played in 5
All-Pro games and in the greatest
football game ever played - the 1958
Championship game between the
Baltimore Colts and the New York
Giants. He was inducted into the Pro
Football Hall of Fame in Canton,
Ohio in 1968, becoming the very
first Colts’ player to enter the
Hall of Fame.
Art appears regularly on David
Letterman and Jay Leno’s late night
shows and has appeared with Johnnie
Carson, Arsenio Hall, Joan Rivers
and many others. He does weekly
football shows in the fall and
winter for local radio and T.V.
stations and has been featured in
T.V. and radio commercials for

known for his funny cameos on ESPN.
